All decisions are futile if the complainant tries to lie.
* The customer can get a refund if the European Shariah Council refuses to consider the case for the first week only, after this period it cannot be refunded.
*Only 40% of payments are deducted upon redemption in the first week.
* It is not possible to request a refund of your money in all cases, except for what we have mentioned to you.
* State the main reasons for your request. * The phone number and e-mail of both parties.
The husband is informed of the case.
* The wife may request that the case be closed at any time
We welcome reconciliation attempts between spouses.
If the wife does not respond to reconciliation, the decision is in her favour.
* If the husband refuses to respond, the council has the right to issue a decision in favor of the wife
* The Council has the power to terminate an Islamic marriage by annulment.
We will send some forms to the complainant and they must be clearly written
Hiding any information is prohibited - the case will be closed if we discover any information has been hidden.
